About us
Originally from Chartres and having lived in Lèves, we have always known the Moulin de Lèves in a sad light, abandoned over the years. We decided to buy it back.
After an intense year of renovation, in January 2025 the Moulin de Lèves was finally reborn. Today, we are proud and happy to be able to welcome you to our gîtes, in the heart of a natural and peaceful setting, where every stone tells a story and every stay promises to be an enchanted interlude.

Where can you find us?
The Gîtes du Moulin de Lèves are located at 9 rue des Grands Prés in Lèves. We are between Champhol, Lèves and Chartres. Situated on the banks of the river Eure.
When you arrive, you can park at the drop-off point at the foot of the Moulin.
You can unload your vehicles and then park in the car park 300m from the mill, which is accessible on foot.
