On the 4th and top floor, our charming 67 m² apartment decorated in soothing shades inspired by water (with views of the river and meadows) can accommodate 2 (king-size bed) or 4 (sofa bed in the living room, 140×190 cm) guests.

You will find every comfort thanks to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), bathroom (large shower with shampoo/shower gel dispenser, towel dryer, hair dryer) and separate toilet.

TV, Wi-Fi.

Cleaning is included, as well as bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels.

A welcome pack will be provided (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, sponge, tea towel).

A cosy, warm retreat decorated in natural tones (exposed beams in the living room and bedrooms) with views of the river and meadows, sleeping 6 people (112 m²).

Three bedrooms, each with their own shower room or bathroom (the first in terracotta and terrazzo tones, accessible for people with reduced mobility (93 cm door opening with adapted shower room and WC), 2x90x200 cm bed;

the second in very soft and soothing green tones with natural materials, queen size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room with WC).

The third bedroom is decorated in natural beige tones, with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom and separate WC in the corridor next door.

Pure shower shampoo dispenser (French organic and natural product) in all bathrooms, hairdryer in the bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster).

A welcome kit of ‘Pure’ products will be provided, including lilac hand wash, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a sponge and a tea towel.

You will stay in a unique building, a water mill dating back to 1820.
The 150 m² duplex loft was created in 2025 with the help of an architect and an interior designer.
You will find all the charm of the old (beams, bricks, etc.) with modern comforts (lift, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen, queen-size beds, dormitory, etc.).

The accommodation

We created the loft with an industrial theme in memory of the mill’s history. It was once used as a flour mill and also housed a dairy where around a hundred people worked!
You will enjoy 150 m² of space on two levels (duplex), which can accommodate up to 12 people, perfect for reunions with family, friends or even for work.
The mill is located in a peaceful setting, close to nature, greenery and the river, offering a complete change of scenery.
You will also be just a short walk from local shops (bakery, Carrefour Express, pharmacy, bar/tobacconist, banks, etc.).
You can also enjoy the many exceptional facilities of our beautiful city of Chartres, just a few minutes away by car or bicycle: the Cathedral, the Odyssée Complex (the largest swimming pool and ice rink complex in France), the Colisée (sports and entertainment venue), the Iliade (exhibition centre), and more.

We have equipped the mill with a lift for the comfort of all travellers.
