Article 1: Purpose
These general conditions of sale govern the rental of the Moulin de Lèves gîtes, located in Lèves (28300) at 9 rue des Grands Près, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Gîtes’, to any individual or legal entity wishing to make a reservation, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’.
Article 2: Booking
Reservations for stays in the gîtes are made via the website (moulin-leves.com, 06-12-31-25-43, moulindeleves@gmail.com), and become firm and definitive on receipt of the full amount for the stay. The booking will be confirmed by the sending of an invoice or a confirmation email.
Article 3: Prices
Rental prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Prices are those in force at the time of booking. They may be revised at any time, but only apply to bookings made after the price change. Additional costs, such as cleaning, provision of bed linen and towels, etc., are specified at the time of booking.
Article 4: Payment terms
Payment can be made by credit card. The full amount is required at the time of booking.
Article 5: Cancellation
- Cancellation by the customer: All cancellations must be notified in writing to contact@moulin-leves.com.
- If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before arrival, the amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation is due.
- Cancellation by the host: In the event of cancellation by you, a full or partial refund will be made, depending on the situation.
Article 6: Arrival and departure
The gîtes are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If the customer wishes to change these times, they must request this in advance, subject to availability.
Article 7: Occupation of the premises
The gîtes are reserved exclusively for the private use of the customer and his/her guests. It is forbidden to sublet or transfer the reservation to a third party without the prior agreement of the host. The number of people must not exceed 4 for the T2, 6 for the T4 and 12 for the duplex loft, unless prior agreement has been given. Any change in the number of people must be notified before arrival.
Article 8: Liability and insurance
The customer is responsible for the property during their stay and for its upkeep. They must report any damage or deterioration that occurs during their stay. Customers are advised to take out civil liability insurance to cover any accidents that may occur in the gîtes.
Article 9: Animals
Pets are not allowed in the gîtes.
Article 10: Customer behaviour
The customer undertakes to respect the peace and security of the premises, not to disturb the enjoyment of the other occupants and to comply with the house rules communicated on arrival. Any nuisance or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the contract without refund.
Article 11: Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (fire, flood, bad weather, etc.), the host may cancel the reservation without compensation, by informing the customer as soon as possible.
Article 12: Protection of personal data
The information collected at the time of booking is necessary for the proper processing of the customer’s request. This information is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties without the customer’s consent, unless required by law.
Article 13: Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the host’s location, subject to the applicable law.
Article 14: Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
Booking a stay in the gîtes implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
